"Deliverable submitted within the due time. Format template and content is relevant for this deliverable. According to the report, the project’s first phase went well overall. It successfully built the main structures, launched important digital tools, organised management and communication systems, and started academic and technical deployment. The main problems were delays in buying specialised equipment and some coordination gaps, but these do not appear to have seriously damaged overall progress. As per the report describes, in terms of achievements and milestones reached, the project seems to be progressing as planned. Nevertheless, there are some manageable issues to improve in the second phase such as: (i) There were delays in representative appointments and related administrative processes, but management structures helped reduce the impact. (ii) Communication between partners was generally positive, but the quality report says deeper peer-to-peer collaboration between institutions and disciplines is still not fully developed. (iii) Internal communication was rated positively overall, but some gaps were noted between central coordination, local administrative units, and some teaching staff. This aspect needs further action and improvement given the size of the consortium and its diversity of countries. (iv) Leadership was viewed positively overall, but some partner institutions may rely too much on a few people, which could create bottlenecks. Last but not least, the quality report conclusions were quite positive, concluding that the project is progressing well, with solid quality management in place, but needs targeted adjustments in the second phase to improve coordination, inclusion, mobility, and student engagement. The report included a few relevant recommendations for the consortium to take them into consideration."
