 The purpose of Carlos Gabriel’s visit\, as Chairman of the Capacity Buil
 ding Panel\, is to assess the academic\, logistical\, and institutional ca
 pacity of the School of Physics at Universidad Industrial de Santander to 
 host a Macondo Workshop on Exoplanets and Galaxies in 2027. The visit will
  provide an opportunity to inspect the proposed teaching\, working\, and a
 ccommodation facilities and to consider alternative arrangements when appr
 opriate.\nA central objective will be to meet with the principal organiser
 s and key members of the Local Organising Committee responsible for infras
 tructure\, web support\, catering\, accommodation\, and the planned worksh
 op excursion. These meetings will address the preliminary budget\, potenti
 al institutional and external collaborations\, the identification of invit
 ed lecturers\, and possible support from international organisations and a
 gencies\, particularly NASA and ESA. The visit will also help define the w
 orkshop's scientific leadership and identify opportunities to secure insti
 tutional or local support.\nThe main outcomes of the visit will be the pre
 paration of three key documents required for the Capacity Building Panel's
  final evaluation of the workshop: a visit report\, a detailed budget\, an
 d an action plan that defines responsibilities and milestones for the prep
